SUSHI STATION

Vegetable and Seafood Sushi to include California, Spicy Tuna, Shrimp, and Salmon served with Soy Sauce, Wasabi, and Pickled Ginger.

MASHED POTATO BAR

Garlic Roasted Mashed Potatoes Topped with a Choice of Bacon, Mushrooms, Scallions, Sausage, and Roasted Red Peppers accompanied by Cheddar Cheese, Gorgonzola, and Sour Cream served in a Petite Martini Glass.

RISOTTO BAR

Creamy Risotto topped with a choice of Wild Mushroom Mélange, Walnut Pesto, Caramelized Onions, Baby Shrimp, Gorgonzola and asiago Cheeses, Asparagus Tips, and Shaved Prosciutto 

 

PASTA STATION

Penne or Tortellini served with a choice of our Homemade Specialty Sauces, including Marinara, Pesto, and Alfredo, accompanied by a selection of Mushrooms, Spinach, Roasted Red Peppers, Artichoke, Sausage, and Chicken.

CHARCUTERIE PLATTER

A rustic display of imported cheeses and sliced meats, including sliced Prosciutto ham, Sopresatta sausage, country pate, Brie, herbed goat cheese, aged cheddar, marinated vegetables, mixed nuts, dried and fresh fruit, accompanied by crisp crackers, focaccia, and whole grain mustard.

 

STIR-FRY STATION

Chinese Lo-Mein and Soba Noodles Wok stir-fried with choice of Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce or Traditional Stir Fry Sauce, Marinated Grilled Chicken, a Mélange of Vegetables, including Broccoli, Shiitake Mushrooms, Bamboo Shoots, and Water Chestnuts served with Chopsticks and a side of Tamari and Sriracha Hot Sauce to Spice it Up!

 

GRAIN BOWL STATION

  • Brown Rice or Quinoa

  • Choose Steak, Grilled Chicken, Shrimp or Salmon

  • served with a choice of vegetables, dressings, and toppings

WAFFLE BAR

Seasoned Ground Beef, Crisp Shredded Lettuce, Cheddar Cheese, Salsa, Diced Tomatoes, and Sour Cream. Served with Warm Tostadas

CARVING BOARD

  • Roasted Turkey served with a delectable Cranberry Chutney

  • Honey Glazed Ham with Brown Sugar Dijon Sauce

  • Tenderloin of Beef served with a Watercress Tarragon Sauce
