Sample Plated Wedding Menu

Passed hors d'oeuvres

First course:
Salad consisting of mixed greens, mandarin oranges, red onion & Gorgonzola cheese topped with roasted almonds and dressed with a balsamic dressing

Plated dinner under tent:
**Choice of one of the following:

Grilled Filet Mignon served with a port wine sauce, accompanied by risotto cakes, fresh green beans and roasted red peppers

OR

Grilled Salmon brushed with honey butter and topped with a peach salsa. Accompanied with risotto cakes, fresh green beans and roasted red peppers

Serve coffee & cake
