Guest count must be confirmed a week prior to event.
A nonrefundable deposit of $200.00 is required to
hold the date, time and staff for your event. We charge a 15% fee
for coordinating and responsibility for rentals, which will be placed,
on your credit card. Assuming there will be other charges that won't
be precisely known until the actual event, the final balance will
be calculated and an itemized bill presented at the conclusion of
