Traditional Maine Lobsterbakes

It’s a favorite way to spend a Saturday here in Maine, a downeast Maine lobster bake. Our veteran lobstermen will come and set up shop wherever the party is. Lobsters, steamers, corn, potatoes, onions – all the traditional lobster bake ingredients and memories are available to you with Seacoast Catering and Lobster bakes.

Seacoast Catering will customize lobsterbakes for your event. If you wish to add anything such as hors d'oeurvres or salads, you may do so. Herb marinated breast of chicken or 8 oz. steak may be substituted for those who don't prefer lobster.

Passed hors d'oeuvres:
Grilled Shrimp with a pina colada sauce
Sweet & Spicy Meatballs
Scallops wrapped in bacon
Conch Fritters with a key lime sauce
Stuffed eggs
Stuffed Brie with fruit and french breads
Grilled chicken wings with dipping sauce

Menu:
Maine Lobster, Mussels or Clams, Corn, Potatoes, Onion

Dessert:
Choice of blueberry cake, blueberry pie, apple pie or strawberry shortcake
